Let me ask you a question first: Have you ever wanted to know how to get a six pack like that?
Have you ever “tried” to get a six pack?
Regardless if you have or not, one of the major reasons why most people fail, is because they were guided in the wrong direction.
Now what is the right direction to get the body that you want?
Hi, my name is Niels Witthoeft and I’m a weight training and nutrition expert for 20 years now. One of the things I’ve been asked the most when it comes to how to get a six pack is: “Hey Niels, what do I have to do, what is the most important thing to focus on to get those six pack abs?”
Besides having the right mindset and a proper training and exercise style, Nutrition is the No.1 and the most important thing to get a six pack fast.
And this is where most of the people go completely wrong to get that ripped look. While focusing too much on their next extensive 10 Sets, 50 Reps (Arrrrrrgh) Sit-ups session they disregard what is important.
Don’t get me wrong here. The right training and exercise style is important too, but not as much as most people think. Now let me repeat this once again. If you want to know the fastest way to get a six pack, Nutrition is the Key.
How To Get A six pack – Nutrition Is The No.1
One of the major reasons why people are so confused about how much calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat they should eat is, that it seems that every “expert” out there disagrees with one another.
They claim to have the proper ratios and the “latest” types of diets ready for you served on a silver platter. Why do we always make things more complicated than they are? Just Relax. Take a deep breath and…You know what I mean
Focus on a good balance of the foods instead. If your proteins, carbs and fats are balanced, you are right on track to get your six pack abs soon. I personally follow a diet of about 40% Proteins, 40% Carbohydrates, 20% Fats for getting and maintaining the ripped look all year long. Then make sure to further focus on unprocessed (organic) foods and take your diet/nutrition to the next level. Packaged and processed foods instead, are mainly responsible for the health and eating problems we have right now like wild blood sugar swings, sweet tooth, all kind of cravings, overeating and obesity.
And yes, you can gain fat even while you eat healthy foods if you eat too much of them. Your calorie intake needs to be controlled in order to prevent you from overeating.

This article is great. I just recently had a baby 6 months ago and I am trying everything to get back into shape. This ebook gives all information needed in order to get a six pack. Which is one of the many things I want for my body. I like how the ebook focuses on both food and exercise. Like the ebook says most people just focus on one and wonder why it’s not working. I like also how it doesn’t just tell you to eat healthier. It tells you specific things you should eat and the percentages of certain foods you should eat. I also think it is highly important that the ebook mentions to not just do cardio. You MUST do strengh training in order to keep or get muscle and not just get skinny.
