Some quick tips for you:
- Don’t spend too much money on protein shakes or any other supplements at first. There are things that are much, much more important e.g. a proper and smart weight training
- Ab workouts are way too over-hyped, the fact is you can get a six pack without doing any kind of ab workout. A proper weight training is much more important than the ab exercise itself.
- As I describe it in my EBook, there are 3 major parts that always have to come together to be successful in achieving your fitness goal of getting a six pack and that is
1. Mind Set ( without the right mind set you won’t get anywhere near to get a six pack)
2. Proper Nutrition
3. Smart Weight Training
I cover all of these essentials in my EBook as well.
Now, regarding your question where to buy the best protein shakes in the UK, I’m sorry, I don’t know as I’m from Germany and do not know what products you have over there.
One thing I want to point out is, stay away from artificial sweeteners like Aspartame or Acesulfam K. Both are know for strong side effects because of the chemicals that can poison your body. A lot of protein supplements still contain them.
As long as you stay away from these, you are fine.
It’s very rare that someone is born with a type of body that is not able to develop six pack abs. I’ve never come across anyone in 20 years now. Most of the time people use this as an excuse for not following through to achieve their fitness goals.
