The ebook “How to get a six pack fast” by Niels Witthoeft is just pure genius. I just recently had a baby 6 months ago and I am trying everything to get back into shape. This ebook gives all information needed in order to get a six pack. Which is one of the many things I want back for my body. I like how the ebook focuses on both food and exercise. Like the ebook says most people just focus on one and wonder why it’s not working. I also like how it doesn’t just tell you to eat healthier. It tells you specific things you should eat and the percentages of certain foods you should eat. I also think it is highly important that the ebook mentions to not just do cardio. You MUST do strengh training in order to keep or get muscle and not just get skinny. I will be sure to take this info and use it in my life. This ebook is so informative and I am glad I have had the opportunity to read it and get info on how to obtain a six pack. THANK YOU Niels!

I am not a kind of person who was very engaged in gaining or losing weight or getting a muscular body. At least until now. About 6 months ago as I decided to change my life completely. This book shares your dream to get ripped abs as soon as possible and tells you how to get six pack abs, supporting you with important information, tips for training and diet. This is the place where you can find all the information you need and all you have to do is read it in and put it into practice. Results are guaranteed to show if you stick to your program!
This book teaches three chapters. First is the mindset, which deals with focusing like a winner. Second one deals with nutrition and the last one gives you some smart tips and tricks about weight training.
I have tried a lot of different methods to get in shape and followed all sorts of exercises and I have learnt from experience what works and what doesn’t. This book makes you understand the principles your body works with, and about healthy eating and proper workouts, and soon you will be able to become your own trainer, the “provider” and “beneficiary” of a great looking, healthy body you deserve.
The thing I like most about the book is its graphics and the way of telling things. Some very common myths have also been busted through the book. For example before reading the book I used to do 20-25 reps per exercise but could not reach my desired goals. But now as the book has busted the myth of doing too much reps per set I do only 12. The book explains in detail why and how this work. You don’t want to cause muscle failure at higher reps, because you will only discourage yourself and increase the possibility of burnout and the release of “bad mood” hormones.
This book is my secret weapon for self-motivation, nutrition and smart exercising.
